Who are we? AMIGOS DEL PERU FOUNDATION INC.. is a non-profit  corporation that promotes awareness and solidarity from the United States, soliciting and assigning donations it receives in social projects it reviews and approves,  that efficiently contribute to the solution of the needs of the poorest economic segment of the population of Lima, Peru and - from Lima - to all of Peru.

AMIGOS DEL PERU FOUNDATION INC. was created in October 2001 under the laws of the State of Florida to provide solidarity and financial support to charitable and social assistance programs of the Archdiocese of Lima, Peru, that aim to reduce poverty, improve the lives of children and families and strengthen communities.    AMIGOS DEL PERU INC. was recognized in June 2002 as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and complies with all pertinent federal and state laws and regulations."
